Technology stocks were mixed premarket Friday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.1% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 0.1% lower.Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Waymo intends to open its fully autonomous ride-hailing service to riders in Singapore in 2028, the company said.
