SurgePays (SURG) said Friday it has signed a master services agreement with BrandRap to build a real-time artificial intelligence decisioning engine designed to boost revenues on its ProgramBenefits.com platform.Financial details weren't disclosed, and the company expects phase 1 production delivery of the build-out in July 2026.The AI engine will use verified subprime consumer intent data from ProgramBenefits.com to evaluate eligibility, conversion likelihood and offers across multiple product categories, recommending the highest-probability, highest-margin option in real time to boost revenue from existing traffic while reducing customer acquisition costs, SurgePays said.Price: $0.53, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -1.48%
