SRx Health Solutions, EMJ Crypto Buy Compass Shares, Increase Opendoor Investment
SRx Health Solutions (SRXH) and EMJ Crypto Technologies said Thursday they acquired shares of Compass (COMP) in the open market and increased the investment in Opendoor Technologies (OPEN).SRx Health said it has also filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its proposed merger with EMJ Crypto, according to a statement.
