Sidus Space, 3GM Plus Sign MoU on Partnership in Slovenia
Sidus Space (SIDU) said Thursday it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with 3GM Plus to partner on satellite manufacturing, licensing, and the establishment of a domestic small satellite capability in Slovenia.3GM will serve as prime contractor for Slovenian satellite programs, with Sidus supporting as subcontractor, the firm said.Shares were up over 5% in morning trading.Price: $2.07, Change: $+0.10, Percent Change: +5.08%
