Shoe Station Group Shares Fall After Lower Fiscal Q2 Net Income, Net Sales Posted; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Cut
Shoe Station Group shares fell 4.5% in afternoon trading on Thursday after the company posted lower net income and net sales for fiscal Q2 and cut its fiscal 2026 guidance.The company reported fiscal Q2 net income of $0.23 per diluted share, down from $0.70 a year earlier.Net sales for the quarter ended Aug. 1 were $284.3 million, down from $306.4 million a year earlier.Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected revenue of $296.9 million.The company reduced its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $0.75 to $0.90 from the previous range of $1.40 to $1.60. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.26.Shoe Station also reduced its fiscal 2026 net sales guidance to a range of $1.1 billion to $1.11 billion from the previous range of $1.13 billion to $1.15 billion.
