Lvkon Transmission Technology Files Prospectus for Shenzhen IPO
Suzhou Lvkon Transmission Technology (SHE:301655) on Friday filed its prospectus for an initial public offering on Shenzhen's ChiNext market.The supplier of electric drive systems for new energy commercial vehicles plans to issue 68.3 million shares, representing 15% of post-IPO equity, with price inquiry set for Aug. 5 and subscriptions slated to begin Aug. 10.Proceeds will fund a 100,000-unit annual production facility for medium- and heavy-duty electric drive systems as well as a new research and development center.CICC serves as the lead underwriter.
