Novast Laboratories Files for Shenzhen IPO
Pharmaceutical company Nantong Novast Laboratories (SHE:301569) on Thursday filed a prospectus for an initial public offering of 133.7 million shares, representing 15% of post-issuance capital, on the Shenzhen ChiNext Board.Proceeds will fund an industrialization base, drug research and development, and working capital, according to the prospectus.Listing is expected on Sept. 28.China International Capital serves as lead underwriter.
