Glory View Technology to Invest 5.1 Million Yuan to Set Up Joint Venture
Glory View Technology (SHE:301396) agreed to invest 5.1 million yuan to establish a joint venture with other investors, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.The Chinese smart city integrated service provider's shares fell 2% at the close of Wednesday's trade.The venture, to be named Shenzhen Yuandong Zhiqi Technology, will provide computer, data processing, digital technology and information system services.The company will own 51% of the venture.
