PowerTECH to Invest 50 Million Yuan in Semiconductor VC Fund
PowerTECH (SHE:301369) will invest 50 million yuan as a limited partner in a semiconductor venture capital fund, according to a Thursday after-hours filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The semiconductor backend packaging and testing company's investment in the Jiaxing Jinpu Ruyi Venture Capital Partnership is equivalent to 13.37% of the 374.1-million-yuan fund.The fund has a duration of eight years and will help with capital support and restructuring, and integration for the semiconductor industry, and will help with industrial innovation, the filing said.
