ZUCH Tech Completes Disposal of Devica's Stake
Zhejiang ZUCH Technology (SHE:301280) completed the disposal of its 20% stake in Devica Automotive Electronics System (Wuxi), according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.The Chinese electric component manufacturer's shares fell 2% at the close.Devica completed the industrial and commercial change registration for the equity transfer.Wuxi Zhenhua Automotive Components acquire the stake for a consideration of 50 million yuan.
