Semitronix to Invest 50 Million Yuan in Semiconductor-Focused Fund
Semitronix (SHE:301095) will contribute 50 million yuan for a 15.15% stake as a limited partner to establish Quanzhou Fengyuan Ningxin Venture Capital Partnership, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The 330 million yuan fund will invest solely in Rongxin Semiconductor Ningbo, a 12-inch wafer manufacturer and downstream customer of the company, the filing said.Shares of the semiconductor company rose 5% Friday.
