Essence Fastening Systems (Shanghai) (SHE:301005) is looking to raise up to 690 million yuan from the sale of 56.4 million shares to up to 35 investors through a private placement, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The automotive fastening parts company will use the proceeds to fund the upgrade and renovation of its precision manufacturing integrated base and an equipment-supporting production facility, as well as working capital.
