EIT Environmental Development Opens Subscriptions for Corporate Bond Issuance
EIT Environmental Development (SHE:300815) opened subscriptions to raise 1.5 billion yuan from the issuance of convertible corporate bonds, according to a Wednesday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.The company will prioritize existing shareholders for the subscription, while the remaining portion following the priority allocation will be issued to the public through a lottery on July 31.
