Shenzhen Jove Enterprise (SHE:300814) plans to place shares to certain investors, according to a Saturday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.The printed circuit board manufacturer's shares dropped by about 10% at the close of Monday's trade.The company is yet to disclose the purpose of the share placement, which has been approved by the board of directors.
