Richinfo to Raise 1.27 Billion Yuan From Convertible Bond Issuance
Richinfo Technology (SHE:300634) plans to raise 1.27 billion yuan from the issuance of convertible bonds, according to a Monday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.The Chinese software developer's shares rose 1% at the close of Tuesday's trade.Proceeds from the issuance will be used for the construction of an intelligent computing center, the upgrading of a Rich AIBox Platform and the development of an enterprise AI agent application.
