Hubei Dinglong's Subsidiary Gets Honor Award for Main Products
Hubei Dinglong's (SHE:300054) subsidiary, Wuhan Dingze New Materials Technology, received an "excellent supplier" award from a domestic logic chip foundry customer for some of its main products, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.One of the products recognized is the high-k metal gate (HKMG) CMP polishing slurry, which is a core critical material for advanced-process chip manufacturing. The award also recognized the copper-process CMP polishing slurry products and other supporting services.Meanwhile, the Chinese printer manufacturer received an order to deliver its copper barrier layer polishing slurry in batches to a domestic mature-process wafer fabrication customer.The company's shares rose 1% during the midday trade.
