Aier Eye Hospital to Acquire Brazilian Eye Care Firms

Aier Eye Hospital Group (SHE:300015), through unit Aier Eye Brasil Participações, plans to acquire 60.6% of SF 1125p Participações Societárias through a 530 million Brazilian real capital increase, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.SF 1125p Participações Societárias is a special purpose vehicle owned by Saúde Latam Holding.The acquisition will also include 72.27% of Clínicas do Brasil and 100% of Contact-Gel, both of which provide ophthalmology and eye care services and products.After the transaction, the company will not only own a majority stake in SF 1125p, but also 39.4% of Saúde Latam.Aier's shares rose 2% during the afternoon trade.

Aier Eye Hospital Applies for Hong Kong Listing

Aier Eye Hospital Group Co (SHE:300015) applied to list its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The listing remains conditional on approvals from Chinese and Hong Kong regulators, including the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

Aier Eye Hospital Logs 9% Lower 2025 Profit, Revenue Up 7%

Aier Eye Hospital (SHE:300015) posted 2025 attributable net profit of 3.24 billion yuan, down 8.9% from 3.56 billion yuan the previous year.Earnings per share declined to 0.3496 yuan from 0.3847 yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Operating revenue rose 6.5% year over year to 22.4 billion yuan from 21.0 billion yuan.Shares of the eye hospital operator closed 6% higher Friday.
