Aier Eye Hospital Group Co (SHE:300015) applied to list its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The listing remains conditional on approvals from Chinese and Hong Kong regulators, including the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
