Zhejiang Construction Investment (SHE:002761) subsidiary Hua Ying Construction Engineering won the bid for the Kowloon Cheung Sha Wan Wang Cheung factory building public housing development project in Hong Kong.The winning bid price is about HK$1.5 billion, with a total construction period of 1,096 calendar days, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the construction company rose 2% higher Friday.
