Yongxing Special Materials Technology to Invest in Technology Fund
Yongxing Special Materials Technology (SHE:002756) will invest 20 million yuan as a limited partner to the Tianjin Haihe Luyuan Venture Capital Partnership, according to a Thursday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.Following the capital contribution, Tianjin Haihe Luyuan Venture Capital Partnership's subscribed capital will rise to 246.7 million yuan.The partnership intends to raise up to 800 million yuan in capital and will invest in the equity of unlisted companies in the technology and consumer sectors, as well as in convertible bonds of unlisted firms, and private equity fund shares.
