Harbin Boshi Automation to Pay Interest on Convertible Bonds
Harbin Boshi Automation (SHE:002698) will pay 15 yuan in interest for every 10 convertible bonds with a face value of 1,000 yuan on Sept. 22.The interest rate for the period from Sept. 22, 2025, to Sept. 21, 2026, is 1.5%, according to a Tuesday filing.The company issued 4.5 million convertible bonds with a total face value of 450 million yuan in September 2022.The bonds mature on Sept. 21, 2028, and carry annual interest rates ranging from 0.30% in the first year to 2.00% in the sixth year.
