Jinzi Ham Unit to Raise Stake in Zhongsheng Micro to 19%
Jinzi Ham (SHE:002515) subsidiary Jinzi Semiconductor will invest up to 174 million yuan to subscribe for 400,150 yuan of newly added registered capital in Zhongsheng Micro.After completion, Jinzi Semiconductor will hold 19.00% of Zhongsheng Micro, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the meatpacker closed 5% lower Friday.
