Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding's Chicken Sales Revenue Falls, Pig Sales Revenue Up
Shandong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding's (SHE:002458) revenue from the sales of chicken fell, while that of pig sales rose in August.The Chinese livestock company generated 204.4 million yuan from broiler chick sales, lower 4.5% from the prior year. Sales volume fell 4.4% year on year to 55.3 million broiler chicks.Meanwhile, the revenue from Yisheng 909 broiler chick sales jumped 55% year on year to 14.4 million yuan.As for breeding swine, the company earned 25.3 million yuan in revenue, up 33% from a year earlier. Sales volume rose 22% from the previous year to 10,490 breeding swine.
