H&T Intelligent Control Unit Invests 15 Million Yuan in High-Tech Equity Fund
Shenzhen H&T Intelligent Control (SHE:002402) unit Qianhai Investment will invest 15 million yuan for a 27.37% stake as a limited partner in the Jiangsu Xingguan No. 2 Hongtu Zhiyuan Equity Investment Fund.The fund, with a subscribed capital of 54.8 million yuan, will invest in high-tech enterprises, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the electronic control system company were down 1% in recent trade.
