Visionox Technology Wins Auction for 9.09% Stake in Subsidiary
Visionox Technology (SHE:002387) secured the right to acquire 9.09% equity of subsidiary Hefei Visionox Electronics through the Hefei Property Rights Exchange Center.The transaction amount is the listing floor price of 272.8 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the electronic component manufacturer closed 1% lower Friday.
