Shenzhen Noposion Crop Science Subsidiaries Face 36-Million-Yuan Plant Variety Rights Lawsuits
Shenzhen Noposion Crop Science (SHE:002215) said its subsidiary holding companies have been sued for over 36 million yuan by Yunnan Meiming Agriculture for alleged infringement of plant new variety rights involving blueberries.Claims across two cases seek 25.2 million yuan and 11.1 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The cases have been scheduled for hearing in the Kunming Intermediate People's Court.Shares of the herbicides and insecticides maker closed 5% lower Friday.
