Zhejiang Founder Motor to Inject 210 Million Yuan into Unit
Zhejiang Founder Motor (SHE:002196) will inject 210 million yuan into its unit, Fangzheng Motor (Deqing), according to a Saturday filing.The capital increase will raise Deqing Fangzheng's registered capital to 560 million yuan from 350 million yuan, with the company retaining 100% ownership.The funds will support the unit's expanded production and operations, it said.
