Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics' (SHE:002138) chairman, Yuan Jinyu, pledged part of his holdings in the company for personal business operations, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.A total of 540,000 shares, representing 0.07% of the company's total shares, were pledged to Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988).Yuan currently owns approximately 5% of the company.The Chinese electronic transformer producer's shares fell 2% at the close.
