HBIS Resources' Chairman Resigns
HBIS Resources Co (SHE:000923) said its chairman, Wang Yaobin, has resigned from the company with effect from Tuesday due to a change in work responsibilities, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing.He also stepped down as director, convener of the board's strategic development committee, and member of the nomination committee, and will no longer hold any position within the company or its subsidiaries.In the interim, Wang Fenglin, director and general manager, will perform the duties of the chairman.
