Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Says Agreement with Tencent Not Yet Final; Zhongding Shares Rise 10%
Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts (SHE:000887) clarified its agreement with Tencent's (HKG:0700) cloud division, saying their three-year strategic cooperation agreement is still a non-binding framework agreement, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Media reports said Zhongding and Tencent Cloud signed an agreement to build intelligent manufacturing infrastructure using its Cloud + AI program, the filing said.The agreement focuses on its cooperation in the computing cluster, liquid cooling for data centers, cloud services, and AI applications.Zhongding's shares jumped 10% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
