Huawen Media to Acquire 23 NEV Chargers for 11 Million Yuan
Huawen Media Group (SHE:000793), through subsidiary Hainan Ankechong Charging Technology, agreed to acquire 23 new energy vehicle charging stations for 10.7 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.The chargers will be acquired from Hainan Xiaojitech Technology.Moreover, the financial media platform provider also signed an equity pledge deal with Hainan Anke New Energy Technology, under which the company accepts 48.6% of Ankechong as Hainan Anke New Energy Technology and Hainan Yingdian Technology's pledge for shortfall compensation obligations.
