JiaoZuo WanFang Aluminum to End Asset Acquisition Deal, Withdraws Application
JiaoZuo WanFang Aluminum Manufacturing (SHE:000612) will terminate its proposed share issuance to acquire a 99.4% stake in Cayman Aluminium (Sanmenxia) and withdraw the related application documents, according to a Tuesday filing.The company said the decision was made after market conditions changed significantly from when the deal was initially planned.Jiaozuo Wanfang said the termination will not have a material adverse impact on its main business or financial condition.
