Jointo Energy Investment (SHE:000600) raised 500 million yuan via the issue of 270-day bonds carrying a coupon rate of 1.54%.The notes will mature in April 2027, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.China Construction Bank serves as lead underwriter, with Bank of China as joint underwriter.
