Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town's (SHE:000069) posted estate sales of 41,000 square meters with a contracted sales value of 590 million yuan in August, according to a Tuesday filing to the Shenzhen bourse.From January to August, the company's cumulative contracted sales area stood at 503,000 square meters with a cumulative contracted sales value of 6.76 billion yuan.In the reported month, the company did not acquire any new land.The company's cultural tourism subsidiaries received nearly 9 million tourist visits in August, while for the first eight months of 2026, they received 52.2 million tourist visits.
