Shenzhen SED Industry (SHE:000032) subsidiary China Electronics System Technology fully paid 95 million yuan to acquire three properties in CEC Smart Plaza in Hebei, China.The actual delivered area is 7,302 square meters, slightly above the estimated 7,269 square meters, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The acquisition will serve as self-use research and development office space to support the company's digital city business expansion and R&D capabilities in North China.
