Guoyi (SHA:688828) filed for an initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a prospectus published Thursday.The quantum instrument maker plans to issue up to 40.0 million shares, representing 10% of its enlarged share capital post-IPO.Huatai United Securities serves as lead underwriter.Preliminary inquiry will be on July 28, with online and offline subscriptions to follow on July 31.
