Suzhou Recodeal Interconnect System to Suspend Conversion of Bonds
Suzhou Recodeal Interconnect System (SHA:688800) will suspend the conversion of its convertible bonds to shares effective June 10, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The suspension will allow for distribution of a cash dividend of 3 yuan per 10 shares and the transfer of 4 shares to the share capital of the company from the capital reserve for every 10 shares held, the filing said.
