Centec Raises Cap for 2026 Related-Party Transactions
Suzhou Centec Communications (SHA:688702) raised the estimated maximum amount for related-party transactions for the year by 1.60 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The amount increased to 2.20 billion yuan from 601.5 million yuan for transactions involving sales and purchases with China Electronics Corporation and its subsidiaries.The ethernet switch silicon vendor's shares jumped 9% during the morning trade.
