Suzhou Centec Communications (SHA:688702) has signed a sales contract with related party Shenzhen CECport Technology for the supply of Ethernet switching chips, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Monday.
The company said the contract value exceeds 100 million yuan and accounts for over 50% of the company's most recent audited annual revenue.
The company's shares jumped 5% recently.
