NovelBeam's Two Shareholders Trim Company Stake
Qingdao NovelBeam Technology's (SHA:688677) two shareholders reduced their shareholdings in the company, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.Qingdao Puaoda Enterprise Management Services disposed of 1.8 million shares, or 1.5% of the company's total shares, for 167.7 million yuan between June 23 and Sept. 10 through centralized bidding and block trades.Qingdao Jielaiter Enterprise Management Services Partnership (Limited Partnership) offloaded 318,500 shares, or 0.27% of the company's total shares, for 37.8 million yuan between June 23 and June 24 through centralized bidding.Puaoda's stake decreased to 11.2% from 12.8%, while Qingdao Jielaiter's stake declined to 0.8% from 1.1%.Shares of the Chinese medical endoscope equipment and optical products producer slumped 7% at the close.
