Shenzhen SEICHI Technologies Seeks Up to 2.9 Billion Yuan Via Private Placement
Shenzhen SEICHI Technologies (SHA:688627) is looking to raise up to 2.86 billion yuan from the sale of 28.2 million shares to up to 35 investors in a private placement, according to a Friday disclosure to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.The Chinese testing equipment manufacturer plans to use the proceeds to fund research and development for semiconductor memory testing equipment, and high-end chip testing equipment, among others.
