Zhejiang Dayuan Pumps Industry (SHA:603757) will increase the registered capital of Anhui Xinhu Shield Pump by 277 million yuan to 377 million yuan.The company said the capital injection will support the wholly-owned subsidiary's overseas business expansion and client-side competitiveness, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the pump research and development enterprise were down 2% in recent trade.
