Sanxiang Advanced Materials' Registered Capital Increases Following Profit Distribution Plan
Sanxiang Advanced Materials' (SHA:603663) registered capital will increase to 593.6 million yuan from 423.2 million yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The capital increase came after the distribution of four bonus shares for every 10 shares held under its 2025 profit distribution plan, as well as the exercise of 731,136 share options, the filing said.
