Sanxiang Advanced Materials' (SHA:603663) registered capital will increase to 593.6 million yuan from 423.2 million yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The capital increase came after the distribution of four bonus shares for every 10 shares held under its 2025 profit distribution plan, as well as the exercise of 731,136 share options, the filing said.

ANZ Group Holdings (NZE:ANZ, ASX:ANZ) said Monday its customer scam losses fell by around 24% year over year for the period between June and October 2025.The bank said in a statement that it prevented and recovered over AU$100 million in scam and fraud-related funds. Over 476,000 payments were abandoned after a Confirmation of Payee mismatch warning during this period, it added.The bank's New Zealand shares added 1% in recent Monday trade.
