Guangdong Ellington Electronics Technology's (SHA:603328) investee fund completed business registration procedures and obtained its business license, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The listed company invested 99.9 million yuan into the Yidun Kuisu (Sichuan) Equity Investment Fund Partnership as a limited partner, equivalent to 99.9% of the printed circuit board fund.
