Befar Group (SHA:601678) published its post-hearing information packets on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website following the review of its H-share initial public offering application on June 16.The chemical manufacturer originally submitted its listing application in October 2025 and updated it in April, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of Befar Group rose 5% in recent trade.
