Shaangu Power Advances Plan to Acquire Qinfeng Gas Stake
Xi'an Shaangu Power (SHA:601369) said it is actively advancing its plan to acquire a 36.06% stake in Shaanxi Qinfeng Gas, although the potential transaction remains subject to the board of directors' and shareholders' approvals, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.The Chinese turbomachinery manufacturer seeks to purchase the stake from four investors.The company's shares slipped 1% during the afternoon trade.
