Nyocor to Invest 450 Million Yuan in Emerging Industries Fund
Nyocor (SHA:600821) will invest 450 million yuan to establish a 501-million-yuan emerging industries investment fund with Tianjin Jinrong Guosheng and a state-owned parent fund.The fund targets new energy supply chains, artificial intelligence, intelligent computing centers, and other future industries aligned with Tianjin Jinrong Guosheng's industrial strategy, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Nyocor will hold an 89.82% stake as a limited partner.Shares of the new energy power provider closed 1% higher Thursday.
