Shanghai Highly to Buy Back Up to $4.5 Million of B-Shares
Shanghai Highly (SHA:600619) will repurchase between $2.3 million and $4.5 million of B-shares (SHA:900910) through a centralized bidding process, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The cooling components and automotive parts maker is set to buy back between 2.7 million and 5.4 million shares at a maximum repurchase price of $0.84 apiece.The company will cancel the repurchased shares to reduce capital.Shanghai Highly's A-shares slid 2% during afternoon trading on Friday.
