Chinese Universe Publishing and Media Group (SHA:600373) issued 1 billion yuan of 366-day bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The bonds are the first tranche of its medium-term debts. They hold a coupon rate of 1.42% and are redeemable July 25, 2027.Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SHA:600000) is the bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, while China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) is the joint lead underwriter of the issuance.Shares rose 2% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
